How to Use
For Frankincense Water
Rinse a few small pieces of frankincense resin and place them into a glass or jar of clean water.
Allow the resin to soak for several hours or overnight. The water may become slightly cloudy as the natural resin infuses.
Strain if desired and drink the infused water as part of a traditional wellness routine.
Start with a small amount of resin, as frankincense has a naturally strong and distinctive flavor.
For Chewing
Rinse one small piece of frankincense resin and gently chew it.
As it softens, it develops a gum-like texture and releases its naturally aromatic flavor.
Use only a small piece at a time and discard any remaining hardened material rather than swallowing large pieces of resin.
For Natural Incense
Place 1–3 small pieces of frankincense resin onto a prepared charcoal disc in a heat-safe incense burner or mabkhara.
As the resin warms, it releases its rich, fresh, woody fragrance into the room.
A small amount is usually enough to scent a space. Add more as desired.
Always use in a well-ventilated area, place the burner on a heat-resistant surface, and never leave hot charcoal unattended.
For an Electric Incense Burner
